Welcome to my website! With years of experience mentoring women, including survivors of trafficking, my passion is to help women fulfill their calling and live their dreams. I’ve created an 8-week mentorship program, grounded in biblical faith, to support your unique needs. As an ordained minister and as experience leader, I've overcome my own challenges and now find joy in guiding others through their healing and personal growth. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, emotional struggles, or need clarity in your life, I’m here to offer support and help you thrive.

Everyone wants to be better with relationships and in their thoughts about love, but all of us have perspectives and mindsets that are not only hindering our success but harming it as well. Having a mentor is crucial to understanding any hindrances that keeps you from healthy relationships.
Leadership Mentorship
Great leaders begin by managing themselves before they can lead others well. Excellent leadership begins with understanding biblical and moral boundaries - for ourselves and others. Leadership begins by serving others well, which will lead to greatness. Having a mentor is advantageous to help you discover your personal blind spots in order to overcome them and lead others in a healthy and God-glorifying way.
Personal and Spiritual Growth Mentorship
Most women do not know their identity, purpose and value. By knowing God's promises as well as knowing your unique gifts and talents, this will help you grow personally, emotionally and spiritually. Additionally, many women have fears and false beliefs and cannot advance to fulfill their dreams. As a mentor, I help you assess and use resources on our weekly sessions to discover the heart of the matter.
Financial Mindset Mentorship
Everyone wants to be better with money and in their thoughts about money, but all of us have perspectives and mindsets that are not only hindering our success but harming it as well. A mentor can help you understand and navigate through weaknesses that you might have and recognize your strengths. This will lead you to freedom when it comes to managing your finances and mindset.

Betty Lara has over 30 years of corporate experience before dedicating herself to ministry. As an ordained pastor, she has traveled globally with Love and Fire Ministries, impacting lives and supporting initiatives like Watoto Orphanage in Tanzania. Betty also served at Glory House in Miami, a non-profit for sex trafficking survivors. Today, through Betty Lara Ministries, she continues to empower women with her extensive background in business, ministry, and global outreach.
